Entire Facilities Management operates an in-house facilities management helpdesk and monitoring service at our main headquarters in Chesterfield. From here, we're able to monitor workflow and job management as well as external security systems.

Our facilities management helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work with clients throughout The UK to manage both their in hours and out of hours calls.

Our facilities management helpdesk is also able to work with  clients to manage their out of hours call handling and emergency call out requests for commercial and residential sites and tenants.

Our system allows us to allocate out of hours jobs to either our in house team of engineers, external supply partners or your own contractor database. From here on, we can manage the workflow to ensure agreed SLA's are adhered to and your out of hours or emergency requests are dealt with efficiently.

Our facilities management helpdesk is also available for integration with security, concierge or lone working personnel to give you, the client, a complete facilities management helpdesk package and piece of mind that your properties are monitored and safe out of normal working hours.

Entire Facilities Management currently works with clients directly and property managers throughout The UK with call monitoring and job allocation, site monitoring and job management.
