Role Overview
A focused project management specialist who takes a newly awarded FM contract through the rigorous 30-to-90 day transition phase to live operational day-one readiness.
Typical Responsibilities
- Developing and managing the master mobilization project plan, critical path milestones, and risk register.
- Coordinating TUPE transfer protocols, employee consultations, and payroll onboarding.
- Conducting asset verification surveys and populating the CAFM database with asset tag IDs and PPM schedules.
- Establishing supply-chain subcontracts, reactive call-out rosters, and emergency escalation matrices.
Technical Knowledge
- •Asset condition survey methodology, asset hierarchy structuring, and data onboarding into CAFM systems.
Commercial Knowledge
- •Managing mobilization budgets, transition phase billing, and pre-start variation requests.
Statutory Compliance Duties
- •Collecting statutory compliance baselines from the outgoing provider and issuing Day-One Compliance Gap Reports.
