1. Scope & Application
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all registered users of EntireFM digital platforms, including the Client Portal (/clients), Contractor Portal (/contractor), Field Engineer App (/engineer), Admin Command (/admin), and associated APIs.
2. Prohibited Activities & Platform Abuse
You must not use EntireFM digital platforms to conduct, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:
- Credential Sharing: Permitting multiple individuals to share a single user account or authenticating with another user’s credentials.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to bypass tenant isolation boundaries, view other client accounts, or access administrative endpoints.
- Falsification of Operational Records: Uploading fraudulent service sheets, staging false photos, manipulating compliance certificates, or falsifying GPS on-site timestamps.
- Malicious Injections & AI Manipulation: Submitting malicious prompts, prompt injections, or jailbreak instructions aimed at subverting AI guardrails or extracting underlying prompts.
- Automated Scraping & Denial of Service: Executing automated web crawlers, stress tests, or scrapers without prior written API authorization.
- Harassment & Defamation: Using portal messaging channels to send abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful material.
3. User Credential Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Passwords must meet enterprise complexity standards. You must notify EntireFM immediately at security@entirefm.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Monitoring, Audit & Sanctions
EntireFM continuously monitors API telemetry, login anomalies, and user actions for security and compliance. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, contract termination for cause, civil recovery proceedings, and referral to law enforcement where criminal activity is suspected.
