Typical Responsibilities
- Formulating estates strategy aligned with overall corporate business strategy and workplace models.
- Full P&L and capital expenditure (capex) portfolio accountability across multi-million pound budgets.
- Executive governance over commercial outsourced partner relationships and high-value procurement.
- Executive accountability for corporate health, safety, and statutory risk defense.
Technical Knowledge
- •Macro asset lifecycle planning, building obsolescence analysis, and decarbonisation engineering roadmaps.
Commercial Knowledge
- •Enterprise procurement models (TFM, bundled, integrator models), NEC4 contracts, and corporate lease negotiations.
Statutory Compliance Duties
- •Accountable Person governance under the Building Safety Act 2022 and corporate board compliance reporting.
