Work Order Execution Terms

1. Incorporation & Electronic Acceptance

These Work Order Execution Terms are incorporated into every individual work order instruction issued by EntireFM. By electronically accepting the dispatch or attending the site, the Contractor accepts these terms.

2. Site Hazards & Asbestos Register Compliance

The Contractor’s attending operatives must report to site security/reception, review the site Asbestos Register and hazard warnings, and ensure appropriate Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) and permits-to-work are in place before starting work.

3. Chargeable Scope & Not-To-Exceed Budget Caps

The Contractor is authorised to invoice only up to the specified NTE limit. If additional parts or labour are required, the operative must contact the EntireFM Helpdesk for written variation approval before proceeding.

4. 12-Month Workmanship Warranty & Callbacks

The Contractor warrants all workmanship for 12 months from completion. Any defect arising from faulty materials or poor workmanship shall be rectified by the Contractor at zero additional cost within the agreed callback SLA.
