Contractor Code of Conduct

Professional conduct, site etiquette, customer care, safeguarding, and safety standards required of all contractor personnel attending client estates.

1. Professionalism, Identification & Appearance

Contractor operatives represent EntireFM and our clients. Operatives must be polite, wear clean company-branded workwear, maintain appropriate PPE, and visibly display photo ID badges at all times on site.

2. Safe Behavior & Zero Tolerance Substances

Operatives must adhere strictly to site safety rules, fire evacuation routes, and speed limits. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated external zones. There is zero tolerance for alcohol or illegal drugs.

3. Safeguarding & Sensitive Environments

On education, healthcare, or residential sites, operatives must avoid unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable adults, use designated contractor facilities, and adhere to enhanced DBS checks where specified.

4. Confidentiality & Photography Rules

Photographs must be taken strictly for technical job evidence. Operatives must never photograph client staff, confidential documents, or post site photos or client names on social media platforms.
