2. Bribes, Kickbacks & Facilitation Payments
No employee, contractor, or agent shall offer, promise, give, request, agree to receive, or accept any bribe, financial inducement, or facilitation payment to secure an improper commercial advantage.
3. Gifts, Hospitality & Register Governance
Modest and proportionate corporate hospitality is acceptable only where customary and legitimate. All gifts, hospitality, or entertainment must be transparent, reasonable, and formally recorded in the Corporate Hospitality Register. Offering or accepting anything intended to improperly influence decisions is strictly prohibited.
