1. Corporate Commitment & Policy Scope
EntireFM enforces zero tolerance for modern slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chain. EntireFM falls below the statutory turnover threshold for mandatory reporting under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015; however, we have voluntarily adopted this policy to enforce rigorous due diligence and ethical standards across all supply chain tiers.
2. Supply Chain Risk Assessment & Due Diligence
We recognize that facilities management sub-sectors such as commercial cleaning, waste handling, and building labour carry inherent supply chain risks. We enforce strict pre-qualification audits, verify direct bank payment details to eliminate intermediary exploitation, and conduct spot-check site audits.
3. Reporting Suspicions & Non-Retaliation
Employees, contractors, or suppliers who suspect modern slavery within our operations are encouraged to report concerns immediately via our Whistleblowing channel or to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.
