This policy enables individuals to report suspected criminal offenses, health & safety dangers, environmental damage, miscarriages of justice, or deliberate concealment of wrongdoing with complete confidence.
2. How to Raise a Concern
Disclosures should be directed to the Head of Compliance at compliance@entirefm.com or by confidential post. Disclosures can be made anonymously and will be investigated thoroughly.
3. Protection Against Retaliation
EntireFM guarantees that no employee or contractor will suffer dismissal, disciplinary action, or commercial detriment for raising a genuine public interest concern under the Employment Rights Act 1996 / PIDA.
